Regina Langholz – Managing Partner

Regina is a member of the tax advisors bar in Schleswig Holstein. She studied economics in Germany and the UK. Her career has included working in an audit firm as well as working as Finance Director of an international law firm and as a Tax Advisor. Apart from tax advice, Regina delivers financial and audit advice as well as providing financial due diligence and trust service.

Dr. Jan U. Hungar – Co-Managing Partner

Jan is an industrial engineer (economics) and lawyer who is a member of the Hamburg tax advisors bar, the Hamburg lawyers bar and he is registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) in England and Wales. He has specialist industrial knowledge in the shipping, insurance, energy and real estate sectors. Jan delivers, among others, advice with emphasis on German Tonnage Tax and Insurance Premium Tax and he also acts in escrow and trust matters. Additionally, he is also a director at Ince (Gibraltar) with license by the Financial Service Commission (FSC) in Gibraltar.
